Your purchase includes four high-resolution, scalable 300 dpi JPG files in RGB color mode, which can be resized to fit 15+ different frame dimensions:

• File 01- 4:5 ratio | 16x20, 11x14*, 8x10, 4x5
• File 02 - 2:3 ratio | 16x24, 12x18, 8x12, 6x9, 4x6
• File 03 - 3:4 ratio | 18x24, 12x16, 9x12, 6x8, 5x7*

• File 04 - square | 24x24 or smaller

*may require a slight crop

After purchasing your digital print, we will email you the files to download and save to your computer. Once you have downloaded the size you need, you can simply print the image on your home printer, upload the file to your printer of choice, or transfer the file to an external drive and take it into your local printer.

Please note:

Giclee prints ship directly to you from our printing partner. The production time for the printer runs 2-5 business days, which is in addition to the shipping time. To flatten your print when it arrives, simply lay it upside down on a flat surface and weigh it down overnight.
