Processing Time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. In general,

  • Giclee prints and eco tote bags: These items are printed on demand, meaning we don't keep any inventory, and they are only printed when an order comes through. The production time for the printer runs 2-5 business days, which is in addition to the shipping time (see below).
  • Digital downloads: your files will be available to download instantly, as soon as payment is confirmed (unless you ordered a custom digital item). 
  • Custom Orders: For designs with quick and simple personalization (such as adding text to an existing design template), I aim to create and send out digital proofs out within 1-3 business days. For more involved custom designs including a lot of original illustration or lettering (like house portraits or custom quote prints), it may take me up to 3-4 weeks to create your piece, depending on where your order falls within the current queue. Please check each product's page for current estimated production times!

Shipping Rates

We are excited to offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $100. For domestic orders under $100 and international orders, your exact shipping rate depends on the size and weight of items ordered and is calculated at checkout. See below for shipping estimates based on your location:

  • USA : $4-5+
  • Canada: $5-6+
  • Europe: $4-5+
  • UK: $4-5+
  • EFTA States: $10+
  • Australia / New Zealand: $6-7+
  • Japan: $4-11+
  • Brazil: $3-4+
  • Worldwide: $11.99+

Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States (domestic): 3-4 business days
  • International: 5-20 business days

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and Import Taxes

Depending on the country of delivery, your shipment may be subject to a customs clearance. Fees are determined by the customs department. Little Great Design Co. does not collect taxes, customs or duties at the time of purchase for international orders. Therefore, international orders ship with these potential additional fees unpaid. We cannot determine what these fees will be in advance. We recommend contacting your local customs office with any questions. Be prepared to possibly be charged such fees upon delivery. Payment of fees is the responsibility of the customer.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please:

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship item(s) back within: 30 days of delivery

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • 'Final Sale' items

We don't accept cancellations.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
