I'm an international customer. Why am I getting an error at checkout when trying to purchase a digital download?

Due to new and ever-changing international tax laws on digital items, I am currently unable to collect and remit sales tax on digital items purchased through this website outside of the United States. However, all digital downloads you see here can be purchased internationally (with tax compliance) through my Etsy shop, here.

Can I share the printable resource I purchased with a group?

Each digital item in our shop comes with a print license that entitles the purchaser to print unlimited copies, for personal use only. If you intend to share or distribute either printed or digital copies of your purchased file, please purchase an extended license in addition to your digital product of choice, here.

Do you offer alternate versions for various Scripture translations?

I generally use the NIV or ESV translations for any Bible verses included in my discipleship resources. If you see a resource you like, but wish it used a different translation, I'm happy to design you an alternative version. An additional custom order fee will be added to the item's base price (which is variable depending on the scope of the changes requested). Contact me here, before you order!

Custom Art

I think I'd like to purchase a custom art piece. How does it work?

Processing times vary depending on each item and how involved the personalization is, as well as where you fall in the queue when you place your order. Please check the product listing for current estimated design times. Leave me a note at checkout with your preferred email address and personalization choices and I will get in touch with you via email to begin the design process. Depending on the design you've chosen, you may need to email me a reference photo, color scheme, etc. Once I've finished the artwork, I'll email you a proof to approve. I will happily make one round of adjustments if there is something you wish to change. Once approved (or after 3 business days if I don’t hear back from you) I will email you the final file if you've purchased a digital download, or send the design to the printer if you've chosen a giclee print.

Giclee Prints

What does "giclee" mean?

It's a French term meaning "to spray" and refers to the printing technique used to create fine art prints. Giclee printing uses pigment-based inks to create the highest possible quality image, so your art will look much more detailed and vibrant than what you're able to produce at home with a standard inkjet printer.

How are the giclee prints shipped?

Giclee prints are shipped directly to you from our printing partner, rolled in a sturdy, triangular tube. To flatten your print when it arrives, simply lay it upside down on a flat surface and weigh it down overnight.

Is a frame included?

No, at this time we only offer unframed prints.

We are excited to offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $100. For domestic orders under $100 and international orders, your exact shipping rate depends on the size and weight of items ordered and is calculated at checkout. See below for shipping estimates based on your location:

Do you accept returns?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom/personalized orders or digital downloads (unless they arrive damaged or defective) due to the nature of these items.

Can I include a gift message for an art print or accessory I'm sending to a friend?
